I want to prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through my collections. That’s why I have provided comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, which are listed below.

What is your return policy?

As my products are only single items, unless listed differently, I can offer store credit or a full refund, this is only available if photographs and other evidence is provided, if you don't like your product, you can contact support I will guide you through the return process. Most of our products are final sale unless you contact us and I can work towards your satisfaction. Things will need to be returned unbroken and undamaged. To start the returns process please get in touch and together we will work towards a resolution.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically to Australia and internationally but for our company to ship internationally it would be at the buyer's expense.

What are the payment options?

We take any type of cash or bank transfer online, Paypal and cards are also accepted.
