I founded Kate's Treasure Cove with a customers perspective in mind, I aim to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. My store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me to learn more!

Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

After you place your order, your treasure will be carefully packed in bubble wrap and packaged in a padded postage bag, ensuring your order will be safe through any rough handling on the way to you. As I am an Australian Based Company I have smaller prices for domestic shipping, if there are any orders internationally the buyer will have to pay for the shipping as I do ship internationally, at the buyer's expense.

About Our Policy

My products all have a limited warranty period, after 30 days, after receiving your item, the warranty expires but if you ever need any care instructions, get in touch with my support and I will gladly help you look after your treasure.

Returns

How It Works

As our products are only single items, unless listed differently, I can offer store credit or a full refund, this is only available if photographs and other evidence is provided, if you don't like your product, you can contact support I will guide you through the return process. Most of our products are final sale unless you contact us and I can work towards your satisfaction. Things will need to be returned unbroken and undamaged. To start the returns process please get in touch and together we will work towards a resolution.
